Headgear
Headgear is a special dental equipment, used to change the position of upper teeth. People usualy refer to it as an outside braces. Headgear is made out of a metal and is attached with elastic strap.
Wearing time
Headgear has to be worn somwhere from 12 to 18h per day, usualy around 16h per day to be effective. You should always wear it as long as recommended by the doctor.
